HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Proceed to checkout, you choose the products of your choice by clicking on the “add to cart” box. At any time you can continue your selection of articles, change your shopping cart or complete your order and pay the selection of products.
By clicking on the shopping cart icon, a summary of the order will appear on the screen. If the list shown corresponds to the products you have chosen, you can continue your order by clicking on: “place order”.
At this point you are requested to identify yourself, either by entering your e-mail address and password if already a customer, or by filling the provided form. You need to enter a billing and delivery address and choose a payment method.
At the end of this procedure the order can be sent.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Yes, you do, but it’s simple to create one and it allows you to avoid having to fill in your details every time you shop with us.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you would like to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as quickly as possible by email: email@example.com.
HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
SwissOrganica will accept returns on our boutique on line orders within 10 days from the date of delivery. Please see our Terms & Conditions page for complete information.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We currently offer two delivery options:
1) Swiss PostPac Economy delivery
3-6 days (Mon-Fri), excluding public holidays
FREE to addresses of customers domiciled in Switzerland.
2) Swiss PostPac Priority delivery
1-2 day delivery when you order before 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
Cost: 5 CHF. Select ‘Priority delivery’ on the final order confirmation page
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Presently, we do not ship internationally.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Standard delivery is free to addresses of customers domiciled in Switzerland. The cost for a Priority delivery is 5 CHF.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We offer the following payment methods: advance payment by bank transfer, credit card (VISA and MasterCard), debit card (PostFinance Card) and TWINT.
IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?
Our servers employ advanced encryption technologies to ensure a secure shopping environment. The entire order process, from shopping cart to checkout, takes place on a secure server and can be verified by checking your browser’s security icon. Internet Explorer displays a padlock when the page you are viewing is hosted by a secure server.
